December 2007: Author Terry Pratchett has revealed, in an email published on the website of illustrator Paul Kidby, that he is suffering from a form of Alzheimers' Disease:-

Each year, on the 25th of May, a group of survivors of the uprising gathers at Small Gods' Cemetery to honor the casualties with lilacs and, affectionately, one hard-boiled egg.

- The Way of Mrs. Cosmopilite has been released, at least in the UK, as the Discworld diary for 2008, and is currently (Nov 2007) available in British bookshops.
- Making Money, NOW ON SALE - released 20th September 2007 in the U.K.
- Nation, a new non-Discworld novel for young readers, is expected in September.
