I was only familiar with the offer of "more tea, Vicar?" in response to an an unfortunate outburst from one end or other of the GI tract. There seems to be some debate over the meaning of the title's example, which I hadn't heard. Did the Vicar fall under the see of the Bishop of Norwich, I wonder? --Old Dickens (talk) 20:12, 17 January 2017 (UTC)
