A dish mentioned in Mrs Bradshaw's Handbook, cooked at the dining room in the Aix en Pains winery. It was cooked with some pickled green cabbage and a purée of lickun berries. It is a dish of the "avec" cuisine, a fusion of Ankh Morporkian and Quirmian styles of cooking.
