One of the Unseen University Mealtimes, referenced by Mustrum Ridcully in The Science of Discworld III: Darwin's Watch.
In context, the existence of a Second Lunch must logically point to its following on from a First or Early Lunch. It is succeeded in the daily cycle by Mid-Afternoon Snack or Afternoon Tea - well, Sherry, really or perhaps an amalgam of both..
