It seems Lipwig is in Canada

First, Britain needed a Canadian to run the Post Office.¹ Now another is required to run the Bank of England, which makes more sense, our notoriously fat and happy banks being better run than our Post Office, I would have thought. But wait! Just now, Toronto has an only-slightly-used mayor they could let go very reasonably...cutting their own throats, really. Anyone? Hmmm?

¹ I thought at the time that was an odd choice.
