alt.fan.pratchett - often referred to as AFP is a Usenet Newsgroup for the discussion of all things related to Terry Pratchett. It is a meeting place for fans of the novels. The discussions on this group, however, might be about anything which might be interesting to other fans (including chocolate, cats, condoms, etc.). The group which is strictly limited to discussion of the works of Terry Pratchett is alt.books.pratchett.
Please, refrain from posting fan-fiction or any speculation about possible character developments or future stories. Mr. Pratchett himself reads and posts to the group from time to time. Because of legal reasons continuing speculation will prohibit him from continuing doing so. It is highly recommended to read the FAQ found on the group before posting.
