A major seaport in the Agatean Empire. Bes Pelargic residents have much more contact with foreigners (mainly sailors from neighboring countries). Being from Bes Pelargic is considered a good excuse for behaviors that seem odd in the rest of the Empire, for example, the capital city Hunghung.
