The Sun Emperor, also known as the Boy Emperor, is Emperor of the Agatean Empire during the events of The Colour of Magic and Mort.
Young and idealistic, he allows Twoflower to visit Ankh-Morpork, going so far as to order the Patrician to protect him. In Mort, he even suggests putting gates in the Great Wall.
He evades an assassination attempt by Grand Vizier Nine Turning Mirrors in Mort, but is no longer Emperor in Interesting Times, suggesting that a later assassination attempt succeeded.
