The Omnian incarnation of C.M.O.T. Dibbler, a purveyor of suspiciously sticky dates and over-dried honeyed locusts. The Omnians have long since learned to avoid his products; he now makes a good living selling them to pilgrims to the citadel, based on the fact that you had to have experience in dealing with him to know not to buy again, which the pilgrims do not normally have.
