Handlemen's Guild

The Handlemens Guild started when a bright spark created Octocellulose. This fired up the creation of the moving pictures industry.
Essential to this industry are the Handlemen, the people who turned the handle on an iconograph that would whip the imps inside to paint pictures really fast on a moving drum of octocellulose. Turn the handle too fast or too slow and the Moving Picture wouldn't look right.
The status of this guild is unknown as the entire Moving Pictures industry folded when creatures from the Dungeon Dimensions invaded the Discworld by inhabiting the octocellulose pictures of Stars.
This Guild appears in Moving Pictures.
