This is a beverage mentioned in Mort, where Mort enters a bar named The The Quene's Head/Duke's Head. He asks for a Stardrip, but can only receive the highly alcoholic drink of scumble, made from apples, well mostly apples. Stardrip is apparently a low alcoholic drink, a concept not known on the Disc, a place where the whole point of a drink is its alcohol content.
