Talk:Lavaeolus
From Discworld & Pratchett Wiki
I always remember the translation of his name to be Rinser of winds, not washer of winds, am i mistaken?
I get "rinse" = colluo, colluere, "wash" = lavo, lavare, among others.(Whitaker's Words translations.) --Old Dickens 21:25, 15 February 2008 (CET)
I just looked at my copy of eric and it says "rinser of winds"
