A wizard, now deceased. Author of the grimoire, On The Summoning of Dragons. He learnt a valuable practical lesson about the nature of the Noble Dragon but was unable to do anything more than scribble a hasty epilogue to his grimoire for the benefit of anyone else who might be tempted to follow the same path.

He might have been better advised to scribble his warning as a hasty Foreword to the book, as Lupine Wonse didn't bother reading to the end... like anyone else using a technical manual, he skimmed through it to find the bit he needed and didn't bother with the rest. Much to his eventual detriment...
