The seventieth anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street is coming up, I believe. I wonder if a Roundworld reference should be made here to that battle? Would it be relevant? I leave it to better

::Well the entire shape of the phrase, 'DA-da STREET dar-DA-u-lars is really too close I think not to be deliberate allusion- especially since 'particulars' is really kind of odd here, unless it was chosen because it sounded like something else. It's not necessary that what they 'describe' be the same- and I would point out that the CSP first appeared as ''good guys'' in Maskerade well before their evil Winder-era predecessors were created.
