&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;There&amp;#039;s a fallacy here that I think is common to other guild and group articles, assuming that the last-mentioned leader continues in the position though it may have been twenty years. I believe the Gamblers choose a president by cutting cards &amp;#039;&amp;#039;each year&amp;#039;&amp;#039; and Scrote Jones has long been out of office (or in-and-out, depending on the cards).
