The way I use the language, the article is ''on'' Wikipedia. In that it is hosted ''on'' the website rather than about the website. However I have changed this title to "Wikipedia article on ian stewart, in the interest of maintaining peace. If you object change it back. Interesting: the ''on'' construction is used elsewhere here, while Wikipedia itself tends to use ''at'', which at least avoids the confusion over who is talking about what. My arguments above remain unanswered. "Wikipedia on Stewart" is fine, too.
