No, but that ''is'' how peninsular is spelt - whether capitalised or not. I presume TP meant that, as opposed to using it as a name. A geographical location actually called Peninsula? Also, it's mentioned in a translation of some Trob; there's no suggestion that it's ''in'' Trob.
