The edition I have reads Teppic says 'it would be best to say a number between zero and '''ten''' ' and Ptraci says 'a number between zero and '''ten''' '. Athough, It is explicitly said that Teppic has inhumed noone and it can be assumed that Ptraci hasn't congressed anyone either.
