Usually made of blackthorn or some other particularly dense wood. The example kept under the counter in Biers is quite possibly unique: steeped in garlic oil (for vampires), studded in silver (for werewolves) and wrapped in strips of blanket (for bogeymen), it is an example of hedging one's bets on a grand scale.
