Ankh-Morpork's consul to Zlobenia. He has been away for five years and appears at first resentful of the arrival of Samuel Vimes. He is a little opinionated and feels the Clacks Towers have created more work for him.

Thanks to his name, as a child he was unbeatable over the hundred-yard dash at school.
