Cumbling Michael
A professional beggar, Cumbling Michael is also one of Lord Vetinari's snitches, snouts and stool pigeons. He was raised to a Grade two Mutterer because he managed to finally catch a non-infectious but horrible skin disease. During the events of Jingo Lord Rust, who was temporarily Patrician over the course of the war, also uses him as an informant.
