The Omnian incarnation of C.M.O.T. Dibbler encountered in Small Gods, a purveyor of suspiciously sticky dates, fresh indulgences, over-dried honeyed locusts and other Sticky things onna stick. The Omnians have long since learned to avoid his products; he now makes a good living selling them to pilgrims to the Place of Lamentation, based on the fact that you had to have experience in dealing with him to know not to buy again, which the pilgrims do not normally have.

He is somewhat skinny, wearing the traditional djeliba of the desert tribes.

Despite being an Omnian and the time difference between Small Gods and other Discworld Novels settings, Dhblah (spelled D'blah) appears in the kingdom of Djelibeybi the game Discworld II: Missing Presumed...!? flogging 'new' relics.
