A previous Patrician of Ankh-Morpork. Not much is known about his reign except that he was an Earl and attracted the prenomen "Frenzied". This may be one of those telling small details. It is not known if a current Earl Hargarth caries on the family line, but he has not been named as an advisor to Lord Vetinari.
