Hmmm...so I've been looking up different editions of the book, and this looks just like my hardcover when I take the dustjacket off. Is this the correct image, or do I surprisingly have a deluxe edition without knowing it? -- Guybrush (talk) 08:02, 9 May 2022 (UTC)

Jagra's the Librarian; mine looks like the second edition. Book Depository gives yours the same Oct 2001 date as the infobox, others just say 2001. Two at once seems odd. --Old Dickens (talk) 15:03, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
Amazon.ca advertises one like yours for CA$818! --Old Dickens (talk) 16:17, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
I suspect the Deluxe Edition might be basically the same but with a slipcase, rather than anything special - I looked it up and it was £25 instead of £18, so it can't have been that different! Colin Smythe says it was limited to two thousand copies, and the inside was identical to the first hardcover. -- Guybrush (talk) 04:26, 10 May 2022 (UTC)
ISBN: 9780575073708, Cloth-Bound Cover, Signed by Terry Pratchett and with a cardboard slipcase, otherwise the same as the normal hardback. I recall seeing a copy with the slipcase on Ebay, it looked like the cover without the text but I can't seem to find a picture of it to confirm this. (Jagra (talk) 21:05, 10 May 2022 (UTC))
So they just replaced the dust cover with a cardboard sleeve? CMOT Dibbler must have been involved. --Old Dickens (talk) 04:42, 10 May 2022 (UTC)
Certainly some fans were not pleased around the time, especially when the paperback came out a year later with extra illustrations... -- Guybrush (talk) 05:22, 10 May 2022 (UTC)
