Foid is one of the members of the Followers of Anu-anu and secretly one of the Dark Sect of Nylonathatep. He is one of the traitors of the followers but he doesn't know it as he is being manipulated by Satrap and Gelid.
After the summoning of Nylonathatep, he asks Rhodan for plastic surgery to change his identity and locks himself in a house in Dragon Street. In fear of the creature just summoned, he draws a Sign of the Eel and lays on it. Inspector Lewton finds him and gets a little information about the sect from him.
