A circle of honest seekers after mystic truth who are not to be confused with the Elucidated Brethren of the Ebon Night
This mystic circle met three doors down in Bitwash Street and, as they were not seemingly concerned with the summoning of dragons nor with plots to overthrow the Patrician, may still meet today. Although they must have heard the noise and smelt the fire and thought "what the heck was that?"
