The formal title of the ruler of Tsort. As the name implies, it means something like "warlord" or maybe even "Duke", fitting for a martially-inclined nation. One such decrees sending an invasion fleet and army as part of the coalition forces deployed against Omnia at the denouement of Small Gods.
