An apprentice witch appearing in A Hat Full of Sky, Lulu Darling was one of the girls Tiffany met as part of Annagramma's coven.

Annagramma introduced Lulu as 'not being unable to do anything about her name'. She is not mentioned in later books, so it is possible that she has quit.
