This wiki is a Terry Pratchett-oriented wiki environment. We currently have 4,196 articles. Although it started out centred on Discworld, it now hosts all sorts of information about Terry Pratchett and his works. Want to contribute? Tuesday, November 16th, 2021:

Narrativia announces that to celebrate "50 Years of Terry" (fifty years since the publication of his first novel, The Carpet People), Penguin Random House is to publish a new set of "all 40 audiobooks from Sir Terry Pratchett’s bestselling Discworld series, featuring a cast of leading names from British stage and screen". Each "subseries" of books will be released together, narrated by the same performer, over the next two years. Death will be read by Peter Serafinowicz across all the books, while the footnotes in every book will be read by Bill Nighy, acting as "the voice of Pratchett". A special release of Hogfather, read by Sian Clifford, will be published in December 2021. The scheduled series are the Witches narrated by Indira Varma in April 2022, the Wizards narrated by Merlin star Colin Morgan, in July 2022; the Death series, presumably narrated by Serafinowicz, in October 2022; the Moist von Lipwig books in February 2023; and both the City Watch and Tiffany Aching series in April 2023. The standalone titles – Pyramids, Small Gods, The Truth, Moving Pictures, The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents and Monstrous Regiment – will also be published. "Audio" at narrativia.com

Thursday, November 5th, 2020:

Narrativia announces that Sky Cinema are co-producing the animated film The Amazing Maurice with previously announced companies Ulysses Filmproduktion and Cantilever Media. The adaptation of 'The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents' also has a confirmed its release date of 2022, and announced some key cast, including Hugh Laurie as Maurice, Emilia Clarke as Malicia Grim, David Thewlis as "Boss Man", Himesh Patel as Keith, Gemma Arterton as Peaches and Hugh Bonneville as The Mayor. Tuesday, April 28th, 2020:

Narrativia announces via media release an exclusive new deal with Motive Pictures and Endeavour Content to produce "definitive" and "absolutely faithful" Discworld adaptations for the screen. 16 November 2021: Narrativia announces upcoming publication of new audiobook versions of "all 40" Discworld novels. (It's not clear if this is a rounding error, or if one of the books is indeed being skipped.) "Audio" at narrativia.com

16 September 2021: Dunmanifestin Ltd announces the upcoming publication of a limited "Dunmanifestin Edition" of The Ultimate Discworld Companion, featuring "expanded entries and information covering the events of The Science of Discworld series, additional full-colour artwork, and exclusive brand-new illustrations." It will also be "bound in a foil-embossed cover and presented in a matching presentation slipcase", and pre-orders also come with extra exclusive artwork by Paul Kidby. This edition of the book will be published on 28 April, 2022. [1]

16th January 2021: Snowgum Films release the complete version their short film Troll Bridge for free on Youtube.

13 January 2017: The BBC announces it is producing a TV drama-documentary of Pratchett's life, Terry Pratchett Back in Black. (Non-UK viewers may be able to watch it [here]) Press Release

14 June 2016: Release of the last in The Long Earth series The Long Cosmos.

22 Oct 2015: expected release of The Compleat Discworld Atlas

27 August 2015: Release of the final Discworld Novel The Shepherd's Crown.

Radio:- In June and July 2019, BBC Radio Four rebroadcast their adaptation of Good Omens in six parts, culminating in the Armageddon on Sunday, 21 July. 2020 isn't responsible for everything.

Television:- In August 2020, BBC America released a new image from their series The Watch, with filming in South Africa now complete. The release date is now comfirmed as January 2021.
