Quirme Société Joyeux

formerly the independent, and far older, Quirmian Fools' Guild with its headquarters and training school at La Sorbumme. Over the years, it declined in relative importance as the Ankh-Morpork Fools rose to first place among the world's clowning community. It was eventually incorporated into the Ankh-Morpork Fools' Guild in 1788, and today the extensive holdings at La Sorbumme are used as the Guild's summer school. Well, they may be Fools but they're not bloody idiots, and like anybody else want to get as far away from the Ankh as possible in High Summer.
