Relief Jeffries

Relief Jeffries is a cousin of Bowden Jeffries. He is a purveyor of the finest fruit and vegetables and, like his cousin, a self-proclaimed occasional taxpayer in Ankh-Morpork. He is seen in Raising Steam expressing discontent at the Patrician's neglect of the small businessman and his ignorance at what time spent in transit over bumpy roads can do to reduce a strawberry to a small blob of pink mush.
