Relief Jeffries

Relief Jeffries is a cousin of Bowden Jeffries. He is a purveyor of the finest fruit and vegetables and, like his cousin, a self-proclaimed occasional taxpayer in Ankh-Morpork. He is seen in Raising Steam expressing discontent at the Patrician's neglect of the small businessman and his ignorance at what time spent in transit over bumpy roads can do to reduc ea strawberry to a small blob of pink mush.
