As it stands next to Granny Weatherwax's Ramrub Invigoratore and Passion's Philtre, this would appear to be one of those Lancre preparations that travel far and wide in return for trade goods such as bits of interestingly convoluted glass pipework for special distillations. Granny Weatherwax may not be responsible for this one: it could be one of Nanny Ogg's, or even Hilta Goatfounder's.
