This railway line connects Ankh-Morpork with the three main cities of the Sto Plains. It is a single-class stopping train that departs regularly from Platform Two of New Ankh station. It was the first line to be built (as described in Raising Steam) and was strategically connected to the big railway works at Swine Town so that new locomotives and rolling stock could be fed directly to the lines.
