I Shall Wear Midnight release 2 Sep in the U.K. and in Australia, 28 Sep in the U.S. and 28 Oct in Canada. Why do they hate us? --Old Dickens 17:11, 15 August 2010 (UTC)
I checked: it's a $4.34(CDN) premium to have it shipped from Amazon(UK), or slightly cheaper than having it shipped from Amazon.ca. Americans might consider this option as well. --Old Dickens 20:28, 15 August 2010 (UTC)
