An interesting point. Here, the wizards are apparently perfectly happy with the concept of "two cc's" as a fluid measure. The assumption is "cubic centimetres", ie a recognized SI measure. Yet in The Science of Discworld II: the Globe, Ridcully is baffled by the notion of grammes ("whatever they are") as a unit of measuring weight... --AgProv 13:11, 26 June 2007 (CEST)

Should we write that the "party" is described by Death as the perfect copy of Poe's The Mask of the Red Death short tale? Pwill 06:37, 19 November 2008 (UTC)

as a minor note, I noticed while I was rereading a book in the Death series (can't remember which one at the moment) that the Harper Torch edition lists it as the Rite of AsKente. I think it's the same one where Albert goes looking for Death and the bottle he's keeping his sand in is smashed. Doctor Whiteface 15:54, 4 December 2009 (UTC)
