So, Defcon 3 is a LOWER level of defense readiness condition than Defcon 2. Roistering is an *escalation* beyond quaffing, right? Then I think the lede should be switched - "... as Defcon 2 is to Defcon 3." I'm asking on the talk page before I screw things up... Moishe Rosenbaum (talk) 16:53, 31 December 2022 (UTC)
