Watchman

A member of the city watch, most notably the Ankh-Morpork City Watch. Equivalent to a Roundworld policeman. In the first few books, there are only a few, however over the course of the series the number of members has grown significantly, with some watchmen being trolls, dwarfs, zombies, and in one case, probably human.
