A volcano goddess of Anghammarad's time, which, said time being extremely long, could have been any point in the last 25,000 years, though probably not the past few centuries.
In Going Postal, Anghammarad describes Lela as smoking "All The Time Because The God Of Rain Has Rained On Her Lava." In her current incarnation as Anoia, she maintains the complaint, but does not offer an explanation why she still smokes, as it is unlikely that she still maintains lava to be rained on.
