Did anyone else think immediately of the old Queen Mary (Mary of Teck), a woman for whom the metaphor battleaxe might have been coined? She had a son Henry as well, who went off to be Governor-General of Australia (both halves), but he had no daughter. For that, we have to shift to his brother Albert, who did. A lot of things are shaken together in this book. . --Old Dickens 00:14, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
