Filk

Apparently a well-known song or tune to which new lyrics are added which describe a Discworld event, or character, or related ephemera.

Said to come from a typo for "folk", as in folk song.

There is a library of Filks on alt.fan.pratchett and elsewhere on the L-Web for those who are interested.
