Is this the same person as 72-hour Achmed?

Are you sure you haven't made 72-hour Achmed up??? User:Knmatt

Who's 72-hour Achmed?--Old Dickens 00:15, 24 May 2007 (CEST)

72-hour Achmed is a swarthy-looking assassin pictured in the Assassins section of the Art of Discworld. The book does have some typos (eg, Ysabel for Ysabell), but nothing that extreme. Kellyterryjones 02:46, 24 May 2007 (CEST)

Yep - I'll give you that. He does glower out of the pages of The Art of Discworld. It's a cock-up. They definitely mean 71-hour Ahmed. --Knmatt 18:04, 24 May 2007 (CEST)

I just got back from the library, whence Art of Discworld has been stolen. Bugger. By all means, somebody make a note in Book:The Art of Discworld (which lists 71-hour Ahmed.)--Old Dickens 18:21, 24 May 2007 (CEST)

Ummm, I created the Art of Discworld page and listed "72-hour Achmed", but you changed it :) I've now edited it for the correction. Kellyterryjones 02:07, 25 May 2007 (CEST)

Thank you; if you leave these little typos and brain cramps up on the Web they turn into monsters. (See All The Little Angels.)...--Old Dickens 19:44, 26 May 2007 (CEST)
