Ice Eagle

A species of bird occasionally spotted in Lancre. There are only about six specimens left, presumably less after Mustrum Ridcully showed up in Lancre with a big crossbow and his usual hunting instinct. Of course, given the unpleasant business with the Elves at that time, it is unknown if Ridcully ever got around to bagging his birds.

Mention of the rare Ice Eagles was first made during a dining session in the Great Hall where Verence II's wedding invitation had just arrived.
