An "Aladdin" type character and collector of hi-tech items on the Disc, aka "Gods Gifts", including apparently demons and people. He started out as a fisherman and one day found a genie in a lamp. Since then he has used the enslaved genie to aquire other gifts of the gods from hard to reach places (includeing other collectors). Kin Arad was a very brief guest in his seraglio.
