Place of Lamentation

This is a ~430,000 square foot public square at the heart of the Citadel in front of the great temple. It is a holy place where all Omnians can go to petition the Great God Om, through means of posting a note in his statue. Entire villages would save to send one person to the place of lamentation to petition for the whole community, the petitioner often staying days to ensure their prayers are heard.
