I don't suppose Rosie has contemplated retirement very seriously. Those at the top of their professions don't. Observe the foremost actors, musicians, politicians, financiers, etc. The Author could surely have retired years ago, but people achieve great success by being fascinated by what they do well and TP will go on writing until the embuggerance prevents him, Eric Clapton will go on picking until arthritis or death intervenes, and Mrs. Palm will carry on until that eventual huge parade to Small Gods'. --Old Dickens 05:25, 16 April 2011 (CEST)
