This page states that Silverfish appeared in Guards! Guards!, but wasn't it Men At Arms he appeared in? (I beleive he informs Colon and Nobby of the powder being used in the gonne). If so then the bit about foreshadowing isn't relevant as that book was published after Moving Pictures, not before.
