The Clown who is undisputed leader of the Guild's in-house enforcers, the Jolly Good Pals. A master of sloshi (quite possibly a Seventh Nose), and capable of delivering imaginatively humourous punishments to any clown or fool who transgresses the strict rules of the Guild.
