Bowden Jeffries is a purveyor of seafood and a self-proclaimed occasional taxpayer in Ankh-Morpork, along with his cousin Relief Jeffries. He is seen in Raising Steam (p. 12) expressing discontent at the Patrician's neglect of the small businessman and his ignorance at what time spent in transit does to, say, a ton of overheated octopus.
His business premises are not listed in the current edition of The Compleat Ankh-Morpork.
