A trade body referenced in Guards! Guards!, representing the interests of the City's washerwomen, launderers and cleaners of clothing. At the time of writing, its President was Mrs. Manger. There may be a reference to Washable Topsy, the senior Laundress at the Assassins' Guild, being a Guild council member.
